Reservations/Cancellations:
Reservations are recommended in advance to guarantee the items desired. A 50% reservation fee will secure the equipment. Your balance is due prior to delivery.
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing no less than 72 hours prior to the delivery date in order to receive a refund. A handling fee of 25% of the rental will apply as well as any other out of pocket expenses incurred by Festivities (including but not limited to special order items and labor). Any contract cancellations within 72 hours of the delivery date are non-refundable.
Loss or Damage:
Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter from the time of delivery or pickup to the time of return. Please be sure to secure the equipment when not is use. Additional charges will apply for missing, broken or damaged items. Damage waiver is available.
Damage Waiver:
Damage waiver is recommended. Damage Waiver is equal to 10% of the cost of your rentals, in lieu of additional charges for DAMAGED ITEMS. Damage Waiver does NOT cover shortage OR loss of items, NOR does it cover damage due to improper or abusive use of items. Damage waivers are non-refundable.
Rental Rates:
Prices are quoted for a one day event rental. Rentals may be picked up or delivered the day prior to the event and returned the day after at no additional charge (based on availability). Extended rates are available by contacting our office. Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Payment is expected at time of delivery or pick up unless arrangements are made prior to the transaction. Prices effective September 2007 and are subject to change without notice. If you do not find an item listed within the price book, please contact our office as new items are added frequently.
Delivery:
Delivery is available at reasonable rates. Normal delivery hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. After hours and weekend deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge. Please call for the applicable charges to your location. Delivery rates are based on ground floor delivery to one location and do not include setup services. You are also welcome to pick your order up at our showroom at no charge. Please allow 24 hour advance notice to ensure that you order will be ready.
Prior to pickup, all service items should be rinsed free of food and repacked in the same containers as delivered. Linens should be shaken free of debris to prevent mildew and staining. Tables and chairs should be folded and stacked. All items should be assembled as specified above and placed in a single location for pickup. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.
Labor:
Setup and takedown services are available for an additional charge. Please make arrangements in advance for this service. Call our office for an estimate based on your specific needs.
Special Services:
Complimentary preview services are offered in our spacious showroom during normal business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm). After hours consultations are available by appointment. A private planning room is also available. You may utilize our knowledgeable staff or bring your own planner/coordinator. Call in advance to schedule.

Special Orders:
Payment is required in full prior to Festivities ordering any custom items. Once the order has been placed, all payments are non-refundable.
Tents:
Call our knowledgeable staff to see how you can create a unique venue utilizing tents. Festivities offers a wide array of tent types and accessories. An additional installation charge may apply depending on site preparation needs. Please call for a complimentary site inspection.
It is the responsibility of the property owner to locate and mark/identify underground utility cables as well as sprinkler systems, septic lines, etc. Arkansas One Call can locate utility lines (1-800-482-8998).
